We are partnering with a leading Japanese logistics group to recruit a Regional IT Manager who will take charge of IT strategy and project execution across Greater China (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou). Based in Hong Kong, this role offers regional exposure and direct collaboration with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement IT development strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Drive project and change management initiatives under demanding timelines
• Strengthen collaboration with IT teams and partners across multiple offices
• Introduce and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and operational excellence
• Provide leadership, consulting, and technical expertise to regional IT teams
• Optimize resources to support business growth and IT service improvements
• Contribute to global IT projects when required

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 7 years of relevant IT administration/development experience, with 5+ years in management
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, .NET Framework, VisualBasic.NET, IIS, and related technologies
• Hands‑on experience with logistics IT systems
• Regional exposure preferred but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills; resilient under pressure
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
• Stationed in Hong Kong, with regional travel as needed
