Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with F&B clients (restaurants, catering groups, hospitality operators)
  • Collaborate with third‑party interior design partners to provide end‑to‑end kitchen solutions – from layout and decoration to full sets of kitchenware and machinery
  • Manage project development from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, designers, and suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and after‑sales service support
  • Identify market trends and client needs to propose innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Engineering, Interior Design, or related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, project management, or sales within the F&B, hospitality, or kitchen equipment industry; Candidate with less exp. may be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Japanese fashion manufacturing company with a global presence. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product development and sample follow-up
  • Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with clients across Japan, US/EU, and Mainland China
  • Liaise with factory teams to monitor quality and resolve issues
  • Prepare order documentation and track production progress
  • Participate in business trips for client meetings and factory visits

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or fashion manufacturing
  • Experience in cut-and-sewn garments or sweater
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above), Cantonese and Mandarin, with communicative English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fresh graduates in fashion design or textiles with good Japanese skills will also be considered
