Japanese Speaking Sales Executive (Japanese property projects) [Ref: CWD288]

Our client is a leading Japanese real estate developer with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They specialize in large‑scale property projects in Japan, including residential estates, office complexes, shopping malls, and integrated developments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Japanese property projects to investors in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and overseas markets (current client mix: 40% local, 40% mainland, 20% foreign)
• Prepare investment proposals, conduct presentations, and deliver clear analysis in English and Mandarin for external clients
• Use Japanese for internal meetings and daily property information updates with headquarters and colleagues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with institutional investors, funds, family offices, and high‑net‑worth individuals
• Coordinate with Japanese headquarters and local stakeholders to arrange site visits, negotiations, and closings
• Analyze market data, summarize findings, and present clear recommendations to clients and management
• Business trips to Japan may be required for project visits and client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Minimum a few years of sales experience (real estate, insurance, or corporate banking background is an advantage)
• Language proficiency: English (strong), Japanese (for internal use), Mandarin (good); Cantonese is an advantage
• Strong analytical, summarization, and presentation skills
• Aggressive, proactive, and self‑motivated personality with excellent communication skills
• Experience living or studying in Japan is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment
