Our client, a leading logistics company is seeking a an (Assistant) Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at its Kwai Chung facility. This role offers the opportunity to manage daily warehouse, activities, ensure smooth inventory flow, and support business growth in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations, covering cargo arrangement, transportation, stock control, and workforce deployment
• Develop and implement warehouse management plans, supporting business proposals and delivering tailored solutions to customers
• Drive productivity and profitability through clear action plans and process improvements, aiming to strengthen customer partnerships
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and forecasts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using various systems
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other operations teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery
• Provide guidance and training to staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and achievement of departmental KPIs
• Handle ad hoc assignments as directed by management

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related professional qualifications (e.g., IATA diploma)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in warehouse or cold chain operations
• Strong knowledge of PC applications and warehouse management techniques (stock control, vehicle and asset management, roster planning, manpower allocation, training, KPI monitoring)
• Proven ability to instruct and mentor subordinates on operational procedures and quality standards
• Solid understanding of occupational safety practices
• Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage; Japanese language skills will be considered a plus
