Our client is a well-established multinational company in the technology and industrial solutions sector, inviting motivated talent to join their finance team as an Accounting Officer.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Manager in handling all-round accounting duties.
- Prepare and maintain full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage daily accounting operations including vouchers, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and audits.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and assist in budgeting processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors when required.
- Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Stable working history with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably experienced in handling full set of accounts.
- Familiar with accounting systems; experience in SAP will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a cooperative team player.
