Our client is a leading service provider supporting retail brands in Hong Kong. They help international and local brands maintain strong visibility in major chain stores by offering professional in‑store support services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact point for retail brand clients, managing accounts and service requests
- Develop new client relationships and expand business opportunities in the retail sector
- Coordinate and supervise part‑time staff to deliver in‑store services, including:
- Shelf cleaning and product display
- Regular store visits to replace testers and check merchandising standards
- Reporting store issues and ensuring timely follow‑up
- Prepare duty rosters, assign manpower, and monitor service quality across Hong Kong
- Communicate with clients and staff, including handling urgent calls or requests outside normal office hours when necessary
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in client service, account management, or retail operations
- Proven supervisory experience in managing part‑time or field staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and able to respond to urgent situations
- Proficiency in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin
