Responsibilities

• Manage corporate clients with a focus on general insurance proposals and renewals
• Handle client inquiries, claims processing, and deliver high‑quality service
• Prepare product comparison tables and marketing materials for the sales team
• Attend client meetings with senior managers and support business development
• Liaise with insurance companies and maintain strong working relationships
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

Must‑have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in general insurance for corporate clients
• Excellent Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)
• English, Cantonese, and Mandarin at conversational level (reading/writing included)
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with Japanese companies and understanding of their business culture

Preferred:

• IIQE (Hong Kong Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination) Paper 1, 2, 3
• Willingness to obtain IIQE qualification after joining

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: HKD 30,000 – 35,000 (fixed, based on experience)
