Our client, a leading Japanese company in the food & beverage industry is seeking a Hong Kong General Manager to oversee its local operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing corporate governance, and strengthening relationships with both Japanese and local clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Hong Kong entity as the responsible officer
• Develop and execute business plans, establish management systems, and direct implementation
• Drive corporate goals through planning, budgeting, and financial control
• Act as Director and site leader, managing overall operations
• Negotiate with existing Japanese and local customers while pursuing new business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver monthly business reports to headquarters in Japan

Requirements

• Verly fluent Japanese, plus business level of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven ability to oversee corporate governance and financial planning

Preferred Background

• Experience and knowledge in the F&B industry
• With study experience in Japan and working experience in Hong Kong
