About the Role

Our client, a well‑established company in the research and consulting industry, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their Hong Kong team. The role focuses on ERP infrastructure administration and support, ensuring smooth operation of ERP application systems. You will be responsible for installation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support ERP infrastructure and application systems
• Perform installation, monitoring, and maintenance of ERP environments
• Provide proactive support to ensure system stability and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize infrastructure

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application infrastructure management, system implementation, or application support
• Exposure to ERP applications is an advantage
• Basic understanding of Linux and Windows servers, database administration, and networking
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
