Our client, a fast-growing energy storage enterprise, is looking for a COO/CFO to join their leadership team. This role reports directly to the Group CEO and will drive financing initiatives while overseeing company operations and management systems.

What You’ll Do

• Turn the CEO’s strategies into actionable results.
• Lead fundraising and support IPO preparation.
• Build and develop high-performing teams.
• Strengthen cross-department collaboration and company culture.
• Oversee risk management across finance, compliance, and operations.
• Provide insights for major decisions and lead key projects, reforms, and M&A.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance, Business, Economics, Law, Energy Storage preferred).
• Experience in energy storage projects and investment/financing.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong and U.S. listing processes.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and ability to execute in complex environments.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (Japanese a plus).
• Open-minded, innovative, and ready to challenge traditional models.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Japanese enterprises and governance.
• IPO preparation or rapid expansion management experience.
• Japanese language proficiency.
