What You’ll Do

• Turn the CEO’s strategies into actionable results.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates already holding a valid Hong Kong work visa (e.g., Quality Migrant Admission Scheme / 優才通) are also welcomed to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance, Business, Economics, Law, Energy Storage preferred).
• Proven fundraising and investment experience.
• Strong background in the energy storage industry.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong and U.S. listing processes.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and ability to execute in complex environments.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (Japanese a plus).
• Open-minded, innovative, and ready to challenge traditional models.

• Experience in Japanese enterprises and governance.

Job Description:

Handle project coordination duties:

• Communicate with clients to ensure smooth order handling
• Coordinate orders with sub-contractors
• Provide translation/interpretation (Japanese ↔ Cantonese) during internal meetings and communications with workers

Or/and Sales Coordination duties

• Handle coordination duties with service providers and sub-contractors
• Accompany Sales team to client visits, providing translation/interpretation support
• Occasional business trip to mainland is required
• Assist in cold call operations

Perform other ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Flexible education background; relevant experience valued
• Strong computer literacy, especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Flexible to work after office hours in emergencies
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and Cantonese, with good command of English (official internal language)

We are partnering with a leading Japanese logistics company to expand their business development team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on driving growth in the Mainland China market, working closely with clients and overseas counterparts to capture new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in the Mainland market while supporting existing client relationships
• Build and manage your own portfolio of customers, providing solutions and handling sales issues
• Conduct client visits and coordinate with overseas counterparts to generate leads (occasional travel to South China may be required)
• Support management with ad‑hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Diploma or above
• Proven sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, carriers, trading, or supply chain industries
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proactive, self‑driven, and results‑oriented
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good command of English
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong, including QMAS, IANG, etc.
