Job Description:

• Develop and execute sales strategy and plan for general insurance business with intermediaries
• Identify business opportunities and provide value-added solutions to corporate clients directly
• Closely communicate with underwriters to execute appropriate and well-balanced underwriting, terms and conditions, etc.
• Gather data and prepare materials for presentations
• Handle reporting for specific clients and department regularly 
• Perform other ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in is any discipline
• Qualification in General Insurance License (passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2)
• With a recognized insurance professional qualification will be an advantage, e.g. ANZIIF/ACII
• 5+ years sales experience in insurance industry
• Familiar with commercial lines including P&C, Marine cargo and Medical insurance, etc. will be an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese with good command of English and Mandarin
• Able  to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage

Job Description:

• Be responsible for real estate sales and leasing transaction of residential housing / office / warehouse, etc, including
  • Offer negotiation, final execution, sales documents, etc.
  • Communicate in Japanese for customers coming from Japan or working in Japanese companies
  • Coordinate with marketing team or relevant stakeholders on business development activities, marketing collateral, materials generations, etc.
  • Participate in networking events to expand company’s referral network

Requirements:

• With at least 2 years sales / customers facing experience in any industry
  • Candidate with Salesperson’s license / Estate Agent’s License will be an advantage

• Proficiency in computer literacy, including Word and PowerPoint

Package:

Job Description:

• Handle business development as well as account management mainly for Japanese makers
• Build up trustful relationship with external and internal parties to ensure smooth work flow
• Occasional factories inspection in mainland and sometimes in other South East Asia countries

Job Description:

• Liaise and maintain relationship with business partners including banks, retails and other commercial institutes
• Be responsible for brand promotion and explore business in different markets, especially related to electronics payment
• Cooperate with Marketing Team and Japan HQ to prepare various analytical reports, sales & marketing reports and presentations materials internally and externally
• Communicate with lawyers to review and negotiate terms in formal documents such as agreement and T&C
• Assist manager to handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, business administration or related disciplines
• With at least 3 years relevant working experience as sales & marketing, client relationship / coordination
• Fluent in Cantonese & English with good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Excellent analytical skills with great communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• You will have advantage if you are/have:
  • Experience in working in any financial institute
  • Knowledge in e-commerce
  • Knowledge in payment ways for online and offline purchase

Others:

• Salary up to 24K
• Candidates with more experience in financial industry will be considered as Assistant Manager with salary up to 30K
