Our client, a well‑established Japanese electronics trading company, is inviting applications for a Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) to join its agile, close‑knit team. This role is central to the company’s operations, combining sales coordination with logistics and administrative support in a dynamic trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination (Core Duties)
- Coordinate sales orders, quotations, and follow‑up with customers and suppliers
- Prepare and update sales reports, documentation, and records using Excel
- Communicate directly with Japanese superiors to align on sales activities and requirements
- Ensure smooth workflow between trading, logistics, and office operations
Logistics & Administrative Support
- Liaise with logistics companies and couriers to manage express packages
- Handle general office administration and assist with daily operations
- Take on flexible ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Some office work experience with strong Excel skills
- JLPT N2 or above; good command of English and Mandarin; proficient in Cantonese
- Cheerful, supportive, self‑motivated and proactive
- Flexible and willing to take on varied responsibilities
