We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Hong Kong-based manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceuticals and personal care products. As the company expands its operations, they are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to enhance their infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities.

Role Overview

This position is critical to maintaining the security and reliability of the company’s IT environment. The successful candidate will lead efforts to protect sensitive data, strengthen internal systems, and promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and conduct awareness training
• Monitor cybersecurity operations and respond to incidents
• Safeguard business and personal data across systems and platforms
• Perform vulnerability assessments and ensure infrastructure stability

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT security or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity principles
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 and related security frameworks
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), fluent in Cantonese and English
• Able to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams
