Job Description:

• Be responsible for real estate sales and leasing transaction of residential housing / office / warehouse, etc, including
  • Offer negotiation, final execution, sales documents, etc.
  • Communicate in Japanese for customers coming from Japan or working in Japanese companies
  • Coordinate with marketing team or relevant stakeholders on business development activities, marketing collateral, materials generations, etc.
  • Participate in networking events to expand company’s referral network

Requirements:

• With at least 2 years sales / customers facing experience in any industry
  • Candidate with Salesperson’s license / Estate Agent’s License will be an advantage
  • Without license but interested in the industry are also welcome
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including Word and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Cantonese with good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English and Mandarin

Package:

• Salary up to 20K with commission
• 5-day work
• Commission (after getting license)
