Our client, a well-established Japanese garment accessory trading company, is seeking a proactive and bilingual professional to join their dynamic sales team.

Job Description:

• Manage daily internal and external communications, follow up on orders, and ensure smooth coordination with clients and suppliers
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, keeping them updated on company products and services
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate and close deals, and ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate client feedback to internal teams and contribute to product/service improvements
• Prepare sales reports, monitor market trends, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Positive attitude, strong time management, and ability to perform under pressure and tight schedules
• Experience dealing with customers, suppliers, or manufacturers is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Exce
