We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Japanese insurance firm seeking a dynamic Japanese Speaking Sales Executive to join their Hong Kong team. This role focuses on expanding their corporate medical insurance business among Japanese companies in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships
• Engage in new client acquisition through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting
• Promote corporate medical insurance solutions tailored to Japanese businesses
• Handle client inquiries and provide professional support

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or above; JLPT N1 preferred), Cantonese, and good English
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
  • Alternatively, 3+ years of B2B sales experience in any industry with a strong interest in insurance
• With IIQE qualification will be a plus; candidate without such qualification is expected to obtain it shortly after joining
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
