Our client, a well-established Hong Kong-based manufacturer and distributor in the health and personal care sector is expanding its regional footprint. To support its Japan-focused business initiatives, we are now seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual professional to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis with a focus on Japan
• Monitor sales performance and generate insights through data analysis
• Prepare regular reports on operational and sales metrics (Japanese language proficiency required)
• Assist in planning and execution of sales initiatives and campaigns
• Handle administrative tasks including Excel updates, website content, and email correspondence

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or related fields
• Familiarity with Japan’s e-commerce landscape and digital platforms
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Native-level Japanese and fluent English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
• Prior experience working in Japan or with Japanese companies is highly preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare or nutritional supplements is an advantage
