We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceuticals and health supplements in Hong Kong. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a qualified professional to join their internal control team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal control procedures for the company and its affiliates, in accordance with J-SOX standards.
• Support audit activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as flowcharts, job descriptions, risk control matrices (RCM), and deficiency reports in Japanese.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to implement and maintain control systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting.
• Proven track record in internal control, especially within J-SOX frameworks.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is essential; Mandarin and English proficiency is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Visio.
