Our client, a prestigious Japanese financial institution, is seeking a personable and proactive Customer Relations Executive to join their Hong Kong team. This role blends customer service excellence with relationship-building across a network of lifestyle and hospitality partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to customers regarding reservations and inquiries related to dining, accommodation, and leisure services offered by partner merchants.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants while identifying new opportunities to expand premium partner network.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, primarily in Japanese, as well as English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, with business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), plus English and Mandarin proficiency.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

Package:

  • 5-day per week with fixed office hour, shift on working days
