Role Overview

This role supports senior management in driving strategic planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to business growth through data-driven insights, planning execution, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing mid-term plans, annual policies, and sales strategies
• Analyze performance data across departments and group companies
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects (e.g. sales growth, cost control, digital transformation)
• Conduct market and industry research and prepare business planning materials
• Provide occasional interpretation support during internal and external meetings

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in corporate planning, strategy, or data analysis
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), fluent in Cantonese and English
• A creative thinker who enjoys open communication and brings fresh ideas
• Naturally curious and proactive in asking questions and exploring new angles
• Passionate about identifying challenges and driving practical solutions
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Supervisor level
