Our client, a well-established Japanese manufacturer renowned for innovation and excellence in the health and personal care sector, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive support on business operations and legal matters
  • Prepare, compile, and manage legal and corporate documentation
  • Act as the contact point for external legal counsel, liaise, coordinate, and follow-up on legal cases with law firms
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience; prior exposure to legal or company secretarial work is highly advantageous
  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Detail-oriented and capable of synthesizing complex information effectively
