We are hiring a Japanese & Cantonese Speaking Administrator to support the operational needs of a Japan-based financial institution with a growing international footprint. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a bilingual environment and enjoy managing logistics, vendor coordination, and cross-border business support.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Process and manage business-related expenses

·        Liaise with local vendors and service providers

·        Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff business trips

·        Conduct research on local market conditions and provide operational insights

Requirements:

·        Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), Cantonese, and English

·        Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·        Prior experience working in a Japanese company, with familiarity in Japanese business culture and etiquette

·        Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

·        Seeking a stable, long-term career in a supportive and professional environment

Package:

·        Salary up to 20K
