A well‑established international trading firm is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager / Manager to drive sales and marketing of chemical products across Greater China and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities for a diverse range of chemical products (including resins and powders for coatings, inks, adhesives, and plastics)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients
• Coordinate closely with headquarters in Japan and regional partners
• Conduct regular business trips to Mainland China and other Asian countries
• Oversee order management, client visits, and market development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
• Business‑level proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin; strong Cantonese and English communication skills
• Prior sales experience (chemical industry background is an advantage)
• Solid understanding of business practices in China and Asia Pacific
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
• For Manager role: proven management experience is essential

Compensation & Benefits

• Assistant Manager: HKD 25,000–30,000 per month
• Manager (with management experience): up to HKD 35,000 per month
