Our client is a Japanese food trading company specializing in rice and catering products. To support their growing business in Hong Kong, they are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join their catering department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle ordering and inventory management of rice and related products (imported from Japan)
• Manage rice license declarations and compliance matters
• Prepare quotations and provide regular reports on Hong Kong market trends
• Coordinate orders and ensure smooth communication with customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; F&B industry background is an advantage
• Candidates with sales coordination experience must demonstrate a strong commitment to developing a career in sales
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel with solid computer literacy
• Language skills: Japanese (JLPT N3 or above), fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
