A well‑established Japanese trading company in Hong Kong, specializing in consumer goods and lifestyle products, is inviting motivated talent to join as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your primary focus will be managing consignment counters and promoter teams across leading retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoter & Counter Management: Recruit, train, deploy, and supervise in‑store promoters (Beauty Advisors / Sales Promoters). Ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales at consignment counters in department stores and retail chains.
• Retail Partner Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with major retailers, handle product listings, joint promotions, and conduct regular business reviews.
• Sales Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
• Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sell‑out.
• E‑Commerce: Support daily operations of the company’s E‑Shop and third‑party platforms, contributing to digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in retail sales, consignment counter operations, or promoter management within Consumer Goods, Lifestyle Products, Home Appliances, or FMCG industries in Hong Kong
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams and deliver KPIs in retail environments
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong’s major retailers and department stores
• Experience in E‑Commerce operations and digital marketing is an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, hands‑on, adaptable to Japanese corporate culture, and a good team player
