Our client is inviting applications for a Sales Coordinator to join its office team. This is an internal role (no travel required), focusing on coordinating orders, shipments, and customer schedules to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Job Description:

  • Handle order‑to‑shipment workflow, including documentation and scheduling
  • Coordinate with factories and customers on delivery timelines
  • Prepare shipping documents and manage sample requests
  • Support sales team in daily coordination and customer communication
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales coordination, shipment handling, or order management
  • Business-level Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; Japanese proficiency an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; detail‑oriented and proactive in problem‑solving
  • Immediate availability highly preferred
  • Prior experience in Japanese company is a plus
