Our client, a well‑established Japanese electronics trading company, is inviting applications for a Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) to join its agile, close‑knit team. This role is central to the company’s operations, combining sales coordination with logistics and administrative support in a dynamic trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination (Core Duties)

  • Coordinate sales orders, quotations, and follow‑up with customers and suppliers
  • Prepare and update sales reports, documentation, and records using Excel
  • Communicate directly with Japanese superiors to align on sales activities and requirements
  • Ensure smooth workflow between trading, logistics, and office operations

Logistics & Administrative Support

  • Liaise with logistics companies and couriers to manage express packages
  • Handle general office administration and assist with daily operations
  • Take on flexible ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Some office work experience with strong Excel skills
  • JLPT N2 or above; good command of English and Mandarin; proficient in Cantonese
  • Cheerful, supportive, self‑motivated and proactive
  • Flexible and willing to take on varied responsibilities
