Our client, a Japanese electronics trading company, is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance client relations and ensure smooth cross-border collaboration. This role emphasizes account servicing, coordination, and relationship management with opportunities to contribute to regional business growth.

Job Description:

• Manage client accounts and ensure effective follow-up on service and coordination needs
• Support client and supplier visits in Mainland China, including occasional business travel
• Act as a liaison with Japan headquarters and internal teams to facilitate seamless operations
• Provide account-related insights and assist with reporting and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in account management or client servicing within the electronics industry
• Familiarity with electronic components and industry practices
• Knowledge of Mainland China’s electronics market is an advantage
• Degree or above preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, with strong Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English and Mandarin skills
