Our client is a leading commercial kitchen machinery trading company, serving Hong Kong’s dynamic F&B industry. To support their growth, they are seeking a (Assistant) Project Development Manager who can drive business expansion and deliver total kitchen solutions to restaurant clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with F&B clients (restaurants, catering groups, hospitality operators)
• Collaborate with third‑party interior design partners to provide end‑to‑end kitchen solutions – from layout and decoration to full sets of kitchenware and machinery
• Manage project development from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, designers, and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and after‑sales service support
• Identify market trends and client needs to propose innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Engineering, Interior Design, or related discipline preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in business development, project management, or sales within the F&B, hospitality, or kitchen equipment industry; Candidate with less exp. may be considered as Assistant Manager
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
